Mini Bio

I'm a fifty year old rock chick who's also completely nuts on Stargate and particularly the character of Daniel Jackson....I spend most of my day looking after a retired husband with a bad back and one twenty year old son at the University of Kent.....both of them thankfully tolerate and share my obsessions....I love music (both listening to and going to gigs/concerts), travel, films and reading biographies. I can talk for England both on and off line and I like to think of myself as friendly and approachable and a good listener.

I have no pets, no siblings and sadly no parents left alive....but I did have a Grandfather who lived to the age of 102.

I live in South East England but would dearly love to move to Cornwall as I love the sea and my dream house would be where I could sit out each morning and drink coffee and watch the sun rise over the horizon and listen to the waves. I fully intend that one day this will happen - although living in the UK I can't guarantee the sun part!

However, since visiting Vancouver 7 times in the last 4 years I'd be quite happy to swap the option of Cornwall for there....we shall see as time progresses!....

discodiva76 - is a reference to a rather fun time I had at College in the long hot summer heatwave and the happy memories of a time long long long ago!
